The Global Head of Chinmaya Mission Worldwide, Pujya Mukhya Swami Swaroopananda-ji arrived on Thursday July 13th at Chinmaya Sandeepany. He was accompanied by the Resident Acharya of San Jose, Swami Advaitananda-ji as well as Swami Shivatmananda-ji. About 50 enthusiastic sevaks welcomed Swamiji to the ashram and greeted him with the traditional Vedic welcome. He addressed the audience for a few minutes before freshening up and having dinner.

On Friday July 14th, Swamiji held a satsang along with Swami Advaitnananda, Resident Acharya, San Jose. Together they mesmerized the crowd numbering over 300 by narrating the Kevat prasang from Ramcharitamanas. The audience sat spellbound listening to the ‘jugalbandi’ of explanation and song.
